About Mahima

A practice rooted in care.

I'm Mahima, a yoga and mindfulness teacher based in London. I work with people one-on-one, in small groups, and through seasonal workshops.

My teaching is unhurried. No performance, no pressure to keep up. Just a gentle, consistent practice that fits around your life.
